How we use your answers

Your answers to the Foundation Check. If you ask us to send you the full read, your name, business name, and email address as well.

We use it to produce your result, to send it to you, and to follow up if you want to talk. That is the whole of it.

We also add your answers, stripped of anything that identifies you or your business, to the Indiana readiness benchmark. This is how the comparison on your results page exists.

We publish only aggregates, and never fewer than 30 responses in any group we report on, so no single business can be picked out of a figure we publish. We never publish business names, and we never publish an individual set of answers.

We will not tell you the data is anonymous, because that would not be true: we hold your email next to your answers so we can send you your result and find it again if you ask. What we publish is aggregated. What we hold is not.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your individual answers with anyone outside LIMESTONE Strategic Partners. We treat the fact that you took this as confidential, because owners have good reason to keep it that way.

Sending you your result is not a subscription. If you would also like the occasional note from us, there is a separate box for that, and you can stop it from any email we send.

Ask us and we will send you everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. One email to jared@limestonesp.com does it.

If you ask us to delete your data we remove your identifying details. Figures already published in an aggregate report cannot be unpublished, which is the reason we only ever publish groups rather than individuals.

The Foundation Check is a directional, self-rated assessment. It is not a formal valuation, not investment advice, and not for use in litigation, divorce, or tax filings. Outcomes vary by business and are never guaranteed.
